Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of azhbuilders.com (the "Site"), operated by A Z H Builder Inc., doing business as AZH Builders ("AZH Builders," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Licensed contractor
AZH Builders is a licensed general building contractor in California, CSLB License #1014879 (Classification B). You can verify any contractor's license with the Contractors State License Board at cslb.ca.gov or 800-321-CSLB (2752).
2. Site information is not a bid or contract
Content on the Site, including service descriptions, timelines, photos and videos, is general information only. It is not a bid, estimate, quote, offer or guarantee. Pricing, scope, schedules and warranties for any project are set only in a written agreement signed by you and AZH Builders. Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a contract or obligate either party.
3. Photos, videos and reviews
Photos and videos show examples of our work and job sites and may not represent your specific project. Customer reviews shown on the Site are excerpts from public Google reviews. Every project is different, and past results do not guarantee future results.
4. Using the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to submit false information or another person's information without permission, interfere with or disrupt the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Site.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, logos, photos, videos and design, are owned by or licensed to AZH Builders and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reuse Site content without our written permission.
6. Third-party services and links
The Site uses and links to third-party services, such as form, scheduling and messaging tools, YouTube and Google. We are not responsible for third-party content, services or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
7. SMS Terms (text message program)
Program. AZH Builders sends text messages to people who give their mobile number and agree to receive them, for example through a form on the Site.
Messages you may receive. Replies to your inquiry; scheduling, appointment and estimate updates; project and service updates; and, if you separately opt in, occasional promotional messages.
Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You may also opt out by contacting us.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 619.202.0679 or info@azhbuilders.com.
Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZH Builders disclaims all warranties about the Site, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free. This section does not affect any warranty included in a signed construction agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZH Builders will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This section applies to use of the Site only and does not limit any rights or obligations under a signed construction agreement or under California contractor law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AZH Builders and its owners, employees and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
